l started my career in 1986 with Jones Bail Bonds in Sarasota, Florida as a skip bond tracer (bounty hunter). I have Twenty (22) years of diversified criminal, investigative training and experiences.

Over the years I have located, apprehended criminals/Interact with the court system and law enforcement agencies, answered verbal and written correspondences, review and maintain files and reports.

I have traveled all over the United States bringing criminals back to jail. Over the years I have received numerous certificates in criminal justice. The University of Florida is just one of the schools. I proficient in criminal and investigation procedures, armed and unarmed security, firearms, weapons training and basic electronics.

Since 2004 during the hurricane season Derek Jones Investigations Agency has subcontracted work all over the State of Florida and other States protecting sites for Fema and their employees.

Many attorneys, corporations, banks/financial institutions and law enforcement agencies have hired me to ferret out information that takes getting closer to the subject. Additionally, private investigators (worldwide) turn to me for my expertise in these types of investigations.

I am known for my superb telephone techniques and witty charm that gets great results for my clients. I have mastered the art of up close and personal investigations, referring to it as "social engineering".

I possess a Florida Class"C", Class "D", Class "DI",Class "G", Class "K", Class "M" State license, and also possess a Private Detective license from the State of New Jersey.
